I’ve come across a strange day, one I thought not of until it came where I felt beckoned to pick up and go. This beckoning is not push. It’s pull to a sky so vibrant and full of color and power. As if one vast blooming flower made time slow to make minutes hours. As I wondered at the sky I must have lost my grip to ground for as I eye my footing I found to be divorced from soil, sound. Which strayed away while its color fades in blacks and grays. As if gazing through thick rains I strain my eyes to watch its shape crumble and give way.
A familiar quality as if home after a long holiday where time ever-stole my memory of this path I once roamed but in the opposing tone of life and new beginnings.
Heaven sing with me a song of rejoice
Come on sing with me a song of rejoice
Amazing grace how sweet that sound that saved a retch like me.
I once was lost but now I am found. Was blind but now I see.
